The book deals with the history of formation and development of the financial system of the countries of Western Europe and the USA up to the shocks of recent years. Meanwhile, the world economy knows a different experience in the organization of monetary relations, which is not burdened by the potential inadequacy of the Western financial system based on usury capital. This experience is a model of the monetary structure of the economics of East and South-East Asia, as well as the countries of Latin America, Africa, and Australia. The book consists of Introduction, three Chapters, Conclusion, and Summary in French. Chapter I. The Structure of World Finance Before its First Crisis (1716 – 1867). Chapter II. The Financial History Between Two World Wars. Chapter III. The World Financial System at the End of the Millennium. The author intends to continue the study of monetary systems of the ASEAN countries+6 (China, Republic of Korea, Japan, Australia, and India).
