This work is yet another part of a long-term researches of Maghribian Berbers culture written within the frames of Magrhib literature and culture study. In 2001 – 2005 the Institute of Oriental Studies (RAS) issued several volumes of “Berber Anthology” (Folklore and Literature of Algerian Kabils; Folklore and Literature of Moroccan Reef Tribes). This edition adds information about cultural anthropology and folklore of Tuaregs, nomadising in the regions adjoining Morocco and Algeria.
The work contains exciting abstracts of oral poetry and prose (fairy-tales) of Tuaregs, their proverbs, as well as the fragments of scientific researches devoted to social system, everyday culture and peculiarities of mentality of Tuaregs of Air, Ahaggar, and Tafilelt.
