Civil opposition to religious radicalism in Central Asia

This study states the urgent need to advance political non-violent methods to prevent religious radicalization which leads to extremism and terrorism in Central Asia.
In general, forceful methods of combating terrorism and political Islam do not have a lasting effect in eradicating both the internal and external sources of terrorism.
Its underlying causes not only persist, but sometimes even increase its harmful effect.
In the context of the development of non-violent methods of counteracting radicalism, special attention is paid to issues of religious policy and state relations with Islamic circles.
This work focuses on preventive social resources, methods, tools of such work.
