The Yezidis and their religion

"Yezidi and their religion" published a new monograph of the famous orientalist historian, economist, doctor of economic sciences, professor, senior researcher of the Institute of Oriental Studies of the State University Kerim Amoyev.
The work is devoted to history, social structure, origin and foundations of Yazidi religion. It consists of two parts: in the first part the material under which the study is presented in Russian. Here, the main provisions of the Yezidi religion based on religious cathols (prayers) ,written historical monuments of the Yezidis "Kteba Djelva" ("Book of Revelation") and "Mashaf Rash" ("The Black Chronicle") are consistently reviewed.
The main attention is paid to such important issues as the origins of Yezidism; From the history of the early emirates; The ethnogenesis of the Kurds / Yezidis and their identity .
Part of the work is presented in Kurmanji and covers the analysis of two Yezidi scriptures, five coughts (prayers) and original texts of these sacred books.
The book is intended for experts-orientalists, historians, religious scholars and a wide range of readers.
