Volume 3 describes the turning point in world history. The book covers such topics as the rapid development of pre-bourgeois world, the Age of Discov-ery, spread of firearms and, as a consequence, the aggressive expansion of the West. The author provides a new understanding of colonialism. Accord-ing to him, colonialism is not only coercion and violence against the local population, but it also stimulates the evolutionary processes, creates the conditions for survival and growth of population. As with all other volumes, historiosophical theoretical chapters are full of extraordinary thoughts of the author. This time he considers the factors of evolution, the role of ideas, types of power, the phenomenon of bourgeois evolution (the Netherlands, England, USA) and revolution (France). The book is meant for undergradu-ate and graduate students of the Departments of History, Humanities and Social Studies of the Universities, lecturers, as well as for all readership in-terested in history.
