The work is presented in table form. It is compiled on the basis of the researched factors which define the features of the situation in Arab East countries during one year after beginning of the “revolutions”. The Table has a title: “Condition in the period from Summer 2012 to Spring 2013 and medium-dated forecast of the development of internal political situation in Arab East states with unstable internal political regimes”. The table is compiled in 4 factors columns and embraces such countries as Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Libya, Egypt, Sudan, Lebanon, Palestine, Syria, Jordan, Iraq, Yemen, and Bahrain. Finally, the author comes to the conclusion, that critical development in Arab East will inevitably influence the situation in Islamic world on the whole and will become a radicalization factor for local civil societies, which in its turn can lead to destabilization and disturbance, first of all in the countries with unstable regimes, but also in other regions of the world, primarily in Central Asia.
