The anniversary collection of articles, devoted to the 90th anniversary of the famous scientist-orientalist Victor G. Rastyannikov, presents scientific articles on the three most relevant topics for the economy of the Eastern countries. First, to determine the impact of new productive forces in economic growth in the countries of Asia and Africa in the XXI century, the characteristic of the categorical paradigm of Industry 4.0 or the Fourth Industrial Revolution, the estimated direction of technological change.
