Basic directions, methods and instruments of economic penetration used by Turkey in its policy of developing cooperation and integration of Post-Soviet Turkic-speaking countries of South Caucasus and Central Asia are considered. The activities of Turkish Agency of cooperation and development – the state establishment, being a ministry and accomplishing functions of establishing many-sided connections with the states of the region are analysed. Special attention is paid to the participation of Turkey in creation of Southern transport corridor, initiated by EC, and its turning into the transit country of Caspian oil and gas, providing the world market.
